What method of payment do you accept? TOP
Party Favor Mart accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover credit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal (www.paypal.com). If you do not have a credit card and wish to pay directly from your checking account then making a payment thru Paypal may be the option for you. Please note all orders paid with an e-check thru PayPal will be delayed until PayPal has ensured your e-check has cleared.
Note: Orders placed online using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express and payments through PayPal will show the name of our parent company Bama Babies & Birthdays on your credit card and PayPal statements. What about state sales tax? TOP All orders shipped to locations within the state of Alabama are charged 4.0% state sales tax. Orders shipped to areas outside the state of Alabama are exempt from sales tax. Can I place my order over the phone? TOP Yes, you may place your order over the phone by calling toll-free 1-866-418-6894. Our office hours are from 9am - 5pm CST, Mon-Fri. Do you ship internationally? TOP At this time we only ship to the continental US and Canada. Not all items are available for shipping to Canada, so please call first to inquire about your item before placing an order to be shipped to Canda. If you place an order online without calling prior for an item to be shipped to Canada, and it's not available for shipping to Canada, we will promptly notify you and cancel your order and void or refund your credit card. Are online transactions secure through your website? TOP Yes, all of your personal credit card information is collected through a secure server and is encrypted during transmission. You can feel safe in shopping with our online store. I see you have minimums for your favors, can I order less than the minimum? TOP I'm sorry but all favors do require a minimum quantity. You may place an order for quantity above the minimum. Will I receive an order confirmation if I place an order online? TOP
Yes, if an email address is provided during the checkout process you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You may also check the status of your order anytime by logging in on our order trackinig page. All you need is your email address and order number to view, print, and check the status or updates made to your order.

TOP For favors or personalized items the required time to prepare and process your order is indicated on the product page. If you need your item sooner than the required time indicted, please call our customer service department to inquire if your item can be rushed and to receive an upgrade shipping quote. Customer service is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Central Time. Our toll-free number is 1-866-418-6894. Can you Rush an order? TOP Gift items and non-personalized favors are generally shippped regular ground shipping within 24-48 hours. You must still allow 3-6 days to receive it once it has been shipped. If you need your item earlier than than 1-2 weeks please call to inquire when you will receive your order. You may need to pay for upgrade shipping and/or a rush fee as well. What are your shipping costs? TOP Shipping and handling fees are based on the weight and the total of your order. To find out the total of your order including shipping your must add your selection to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Before you are required to enter your payment information the cart will ask you to select a shipping choice. Your order will show the total including the shipping cost. You may decide at that point whether to stop or continue with the checkout process. What happens if my package is not delivered and is returned to you? TOP If your package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, rejected when delivered, or not picked up at the post office after the post office has notifed you of a need to pick up a package, then we will contact you as soon as the package comes back to us. If you elect to have the package resent then you must pay the shipping charges again to have your package reshipped. If you elect for us to keep the returned package because you no longer want it, then you will receive a refund for the original product cost only, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost are non-refundable. I'm not happy with my order, can I get a refund? TOP
Personalized items are non-refundable. This includes favors, apparel, blankets, etc...or any item that has been customized. For general "gift" items that are not personalized, you may return a new, unopened package within 15 days of delivery for either an exchange or a refund. Your returned item must be in "new", "unopened", condition and must be packed in the original shipping box with the original packing slip. For your protecton we suggest using a shipping carrier that has tracking capability such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Upon inspection of your returned order and if all is still in new, unopened, restockable condition you will receive a refund for the original product cost only (original shipping cost is non-refundable). Return shipping cost will be at your expense. Please note it may take up to 10 days to process your return once it has been received by our warehouse.
Please call our office first prior to sending an item back to us. Some items may need to be shipped directly to us, while others may need to be shipped back to the manufacturer's warehouse. When you call we will advise you where to return your package. If you return your item 16-30 days after it has been delivered, then your item may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%-50% of the product cost. Restocking fees vary with each product. Please note...return shipping is also at your expense. We do not refund the original shipping cost nor reimburse for the cost to send the item back to us. My order is damaged, missing items, or has been personalized incorrectly or I never received my package. How do I file a claim? TOP All claims for defective merchandise, damaged items, missing items or orders never received even though the shipping carrier states they delivered it must be reported with 7 days of date of delivery or said delivery. Please note Party Favor Mart is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from delivery errors or handling by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL). However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. If there is an error with your order please call our office at 1-866-418-6894 to discuss replacement or a refund. If you've received favors that include a favor tag that has an error then tag replacements may be replaced and we will provide you a 5% discount since you will have to reattach the tags yourself once received. For other personalized gifts or items that have an error please call our office to discuss the problem. The original item may or may not have to be returned before a replacement is granted. |
